Venue & Location
Comrie Croft is a superb location for a summer camp. The venue sits on the A85 between Comrie and Crieff in the Perthshire countryside and features a large converted barn with break-out area opening into a traditional courtyard. With power, running water and a toilet block, it is much more than a shed, yet it retains that rustic barn ambience that has made it a popular venue for weddings and other events. With excellent camping and glamping facilities, and other accommodation on-site and nearby, it’s the perfect place for Glory in the Cowshed!
Around the site you’ll also find a cafe, outdoor store and mountain bike hire. Walking and bike trails cover the partly wooded hillside up to “Decision Rock” beyond which further paths lead into the open hills. There’s also plenty to explore off-site with Comrie village and the bustling town of Crieff just a short drive away.
Take a look at the Comrie Croft website to get a feel for the place. You can also download a site map. The event will occupy the barn, steading and courtyard; other facilities on site are shared with non-event visitors and the public.
